10 Minutes - This is a simple mindfulness meditation using breath as the main object of awareness. It is appropriate for all levels of meditation practitioners. You will be most comfortable in an upright seated posture with your hips a bit higher than your legs.
Remember that there is no "getting this wrong". It is a common misconception that one must empty their minds or stop their thinking in order to meditate. This simply isn't true. Just practice being aware of your thoughts as they come and go without hooking into a narrative around them.
